Nutrition
A general health history will be taken and the current state of your health will be evaluated using standard laboratory tests and physical exams. Your current diet will also be assessed. Recommendations for nutrient supplementation and a specific individualized diet plan will be given.
Weight Loss
Current health history and status will be evaluated. Specific dietary plan will be created. This plan will include the use of botanical medicines and other natural herbal supplementation tat is specific to weight loss and speeding metabolism. This will also include a dubunking of many of the weight loss myths associated with fad diets. An appropriate exercise regimen will also be created. Weekly guidance and assistance will be provided during the weight loss journey to achieve incremental healthy and permanent weight loss.
Chronic Illness
Current and relevant diagnosis history will be evaluated. This is particularly aimed at patients that would like to be weaned off of conventional medication. An integrative (Naturopathic and Conventional) approach to treating these illnesses will be taken. These illnesses include but are not limited to: diabetes, hypertention, arthritis, lupus, and Crohn's disease.
Hydrotherapy
An adjunctive therapy that uses hot and cold towels to promote the movement of blood throughout the body. This intentional movement of blood has many health benefits including the regeneration of malnourished tissues, increased oxygenation of the body, assisting of the elimination of toxins in the body, and inducing a greater parasympathetic state within the body.
